Most outsourcing fails you.
We were built to be the exception.

Arcolabs is a small, senior team that designs, rebuilds, and ships production software — payments, scale, automation, compliance. No offshore roulette. No consultancy theatre. Just engineers who have done it before, doing it for you.

01 — The problem

Why outsourcing usually fails.

The big firms don't care about you. You're account #4,001, staffed with juniors and billed like it's a favour. The cheap shops can't deliver. The price is low because the talent is thin — and the rework is expensive. Either way, you inherit the mess.

01 The enterprise consultancy

Slow, expensive, and incentivised to grow the engagement — not to solve your problem. Senior names on the pitch; juniors on the keyboard.

02 The offshore body shop

Cheap by the hour, costly by the outcome. Thin seniority, high churn, and code you'll quietly rewrite within a year.

03 The freelancer gamble

Talented, maybe — but no team, no continuity, and no one accountable when the system has to actually hold up.

02 — What we do

Three ways we plug in.

Wherever your product is in its life, we meet it there — and leave it in better shape than a rewrite ever would.

/ 01

Maintain

Keep critical legacy products stable, secure, and shipping. We take ownership of the systems other teams are afraid to touch — without dropping the ball.

/ 02

Rebuild

Modernise what's holding you back. We migrate and re-architect incrementally — value in months, not a two-year big-bang rewrite that never lands.

/ 03

Build new

Zero to production-grade. Architecture, payments, infrastructure, and the compliance scaffolding — built to scale from the first commit.

03 — Why us

Credentials, not promises.

A small team that has already built the hard things — at scale, under regulation, in production.

Scale

Millions concurrent

Systems engineered for millions of concurrent users — real-time load, live events, and the failure modes that only show up at scale.

Payments

Regulated money movement

Production payments infrastructure: ledgers, wallets, reconciliation, and the correctness guarantees that moving real money demands.

Compliance

ISO / SOC 2 ready

We build with audit, access control, and evidence in mind — so compliance is a byproduct of how we work, not a panicked retrofit.

Automation

Workflow automation

We find the manual, error-prone operations quietly draining your team — and replace them with pipelines that just run.

Deep domain experience in medical bulk billing — high-volume healthcare claims, payer rules, and the reconciliation that has to balance to the cent.

Client engagement · Medical bulk billing

Bulk billing, fully automated, for a medical billing provider.

A healthcare billing provider was running high volumes of medical claims through manual, spreadsheet-bound workflows — slow, error-prone, and impossible to scale. We rebuilt it as an automated bulk-billing pipeline: claims captured, validated against payer rules, batched, submitted, and reconciled end to end — with only genuine exceptions surfaced for a human. Fewer rejected claims, faster reimbursement, and a team no longer buried in data entry.
